Born on December 4, 1978 in the Catalan Pyrenees. After his previous studies, he graduated in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Barcelona. He then worked at the Henkel Düsseldorf Chemical Plant in Germany. It was there that his interest in the world of wine developed and the discovery of quality wines started. The following years, after studying oenology at the University of Tarragona and Victor Segalen University in Bordeaux (France) at the Faculty of Oenology, at 23 he graduated as an oenologist.
Since then, for 17 years he has worked full time within the demanding context of the production of world-class wines, in the renowned DOQ Priorat. He created his own project, TS Smart Fermentations where he developed his conviction that great wine results from an intimate knowledge of the land, derived from his additional experience in vineyard management and climate warming studies, as a doctoral student at the Department of Viticulture of the Oenology Faculty in Tarragona. Currently, apart from consulting different wineries through Enovitis, he is a professor at the Rovira i Virgili University at the faculty of Oenology. His professionalism, linguistic skills and technical experience make him a valuable addition to any international winery.
Born on March 25, 1978 in Barcelona. His life led him to study architecture and technical architecture at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, where he developed his creative and technical design skills. In 2007, he started in the world of wine, spreading knowledge through different private tasting courses in Barcelona. Right from the beginning, he founded and managed the DO original tasting association, bringing together more than 300 partners.
In 2013, he finished his Higher Degree studies in Oenology and Viticulture at the Mercè Rossell i Domènech Agrarian School of Oenology and Viticulture in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Since then, he has combined oenology and viticulture with the architecture oriented to the world of wine. He has worked for different wineries in the DO Costers del Segre, DO Montsant and DOQ Priorat and is now co-founder of the company Enovitis, together with Antoni Sánchez-Ortiz, in order to continue expanding and offering the wine sector his metric and precision.
